December 2025 Presidents Message

I hope everyone had an awesome Thanksgiving and survived your Turkey comas. We had a large family dinner up north with our extended family, I smoked a turkey and roasted another, the smoked was the best. We started our day off with a large charcuterie board about noon and proceeded to dinner about 3pm. I also made all the fixings like stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, balsamic glazed green beans and bacon, & candied sweet potatoes. Almost all guests brought some kind of a pie or dessert so we ate sweets all during the football games.

I’ve yet to hear anything about the dinner at Stage Coach, I really like that place, I wish I’d been able to attend.

The holidays are well under way, the Drifters dinner is this weekend, unfortunately again I’ll be up north for our annual Del Taco Christmas party on Saturday and Sunday.

As we approach the new year, I would like to start working on some of the ideas that we discussed in our annual meeting, any input anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
