President’s Message November 2025

November 2025 Presidents Message

We have made it through October that included some interesting times for our club.

Rides that included weather of all types, including rides to Page Az. and Milford. I heard that food was great on both rides and the weather gave all riders a taste of everything.

Lynne Piper has returned from her self-imposed (or cat-imposed, if I recall right) vacation, we hope to see you real soon Lynne.

We had a great annual business meeting, (I still haven’t been impeached). At the meeting, even though he wasn’t able to attend we let it be known that Chris Kurz has volunteered to take over for Dawn as our new webmaster. Dawn has brought this club a long way in her position and we are extremely grateful for her time and service to bring us to where we are today.

We are also excited that David Long has committed to remaining our Head Road Captain, he has done an awesome job planning and executing our weekly rides and planned an awesome overnighter to Torrey, Utah recently.  Also, a huge Thanks to David and Tammy for letting us use their home again this year for our annual meeting, Tammy we missed you, and I hope we took good care of your home.

After his long service to the club Mike Roe had made it known that he would like someone to take his place as secretary, there were no takers at the meeting, we are looking for someone to assume this role by the 1st of the year, so if you would like to volunteer, or suggest someone who you think would do a good job in this role, please let us know.

I look forward to hearing about everyone’s escapades on Halloween this year and hope everyone has a great time with family and friends during the Thanksgiving holiday.
